NOTICE FOR POLICYHOLDERS
All Policyholders are reminded
that:
It is a condition of your policy
that you seek guidance from our Claims Department prior to
serving notice of redundancy on any employee.
Furthermore, if you are a Commercial
Legal Protection Policyholder and intend to dismiss an employee
due to unacceptable conduct or performance you must follow
the ACAS
Code of Disciplinary Practice and Procedures in Employment,
or seek and follow legal advice from our legal advisors. Commercial
Legal Protection Policyholders are also required to contact
us for legal advice at the earliest time they become aware
of a dispute arising from a breach of statutory duties to
employees.

Advice Helpline on 0117 934 2111. Failure to comply with these
conditions will mean that the Compensation Awards will not
