What We Require From You:

DAS shall terminate this Agreement immediately, and upon such
event you are required to return all papers, materials, disks
and property whatsoever supplied to you by DAS.
Governing Law
Use of DASbusinesslaw shall be subject to the laws of England,
which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and
effect of all permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of
use given above. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in
connection with this product and its use. If any provision of these
terms and conditions shall be held unlawful, void or unenforceable
for any reason whatsoever then such provision shall be deemed severed
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining
provisions.

e-b1s® is a trade mark of Business Alchemist Ltd and
all rights in and to this trade mark are reserved. All intellectual
property in the e-b1s® product and in all of the documents,
files, graphs, devices, codes and links is owned by Business Alchemist
Ltd. All brand names and product names referred to in e-b1s®
are trade marks or trade names of Business Alchemist Ltd and/or
its third party suppliers as appropriate.
The Copyright in e-b1s® and in all of the documents,
files, graphics, devices, codes and links contained in them or linked
to them is owned by Business Alchemist Ltd or by the publishers
of those sites to which these pages may from time to time link.
Reproduction of part or all of the contents of these pages in any
form is prohibited other than for the registered user's own use
only and may not be recopied and shared with a third party.
